Studio Philosophy

The goal of Clay Membership at That Art Place is to cultivate a creative, collaborative community of people who enjoy working with clay. Members share space, knowledge, and encouragement as they develop their skills and explore new ideas.

Monthly member classes, studio gatherings, and the community board help foster connection and collaboration among members. By participating in the clay studio, members contribute to a welcoming environment where creativity, respect, and shared learning are valued.

Clay Membership Handbook & Agreement

Clay Membership at That Art Place is designed for individuals who want regular studio access to practice, develop their skills, and create clay projects in a shared studio environment.

Our studio provides professional equipment, kiln firings, and an organized workspace so members can focus on creating. Clay Membership is intended for personal creative practice and learning rather than production pottery.

To maintain a safe, organized, and enjoyable environment for everyone, members are expected to review and follow the policies outlined in this handbook.
